What happens next
- Within 1 business day — a written quote with one-time tooling, per-piece pricing by size, and freight.
- First 2–3 working days — hand-sculpted clay original, with shape revisions included.
- Next ~14 working days — silicone mold, blank and colored mock-ups, wax sample, ten days of electroforming to grow the brass master and production molds, then a PVC pre-production sample shipped for written sign-off.
- About 45 working days after PVC approval — rotocasting, spray and hand painting, safety testing, counting, packing, and delivery.
