Three sizes

Mini, regular, jumbo

Size is the biggest lever on per-piece cost, so most programs run two or three sizes off related tooling to hit different price points with one character.

Mini — 2"

The dashboard duck. Blind-box style drops, badge clips, table scatter, gift-with-purchase, Jeep-culture handoffs, and high-volume programs where quantity matters more than presence. $3.50 per piece, all in.

Regular — 3"

The retail size. Desk and shelf scale, the best balance of sculpt detail against per-piece cost, and the size retail buyers expect. $4.85 per piece, all in.

Jumbo

Up to roughly 8 to 10 inches. Retail hero pieces, centerpieces, photo ops, trophy and executive gifts, and window displays. Highest detail, highest presence. Quoted per project.
