Three sizes
Mini, regular, jumbo
Size is the biggest lever on per-piece cost, so most programs run two or three sizes off related tooling to hit different price points with one character.
Regular
Roughly 3 inches. The workhorse collectible: desk and shelf scale, best balance of sculpt detail against per-piece cost, and the size retail buyers expect.
Jumbo
Up to roughly 8 to 10 inches. Retail hero pieces, centerpieces, photo ops, trophy and executive gifts, and window displays. Highest detail, highest presence.

A drawing, a brand character sheet, or three reference photos is enough for us to start sculpting. Our modeler handles the rest.
