Multi-part silhouettes
Hats, instruments, tools, wings, tails, and held props sculpted into the form instead of printed onto it.
One program, run all the way through: a hand-sculpted clay original, a dedicated set of electroformed brass molds, a PVC pre-production sample you sign off on, and a rotocast production run in mini, regular, or jumbo. 2,000 pieces per shape, 90 days start to finish.
Every Nash Ducks project starts at zero, in clay. You bring a character, a mascot, an artist, a product, or a sketch on a napkin; we sculpt it, tool it, paint it, and produce it. The result is a physical object your competitors literally cannot buy, because the mold is yours.
These are two different products with two different calendars. We only sell the left column, and we will happily tell you when you want the right one.

We are the local one-stop shop for complex custom work. Difficult shapes are the reason to call us, not a reason to be nervous.
Hats, instruments, tools, wings, tails, and held props sculpted into the form instead of printed onto it.
Layered spray passes with dedicated masks per color, so a complicated character still looks like the character.
Founders, artists, and mascots where the face has to actually read as that person from three feet away.
The same character across mini, regular, and jumbo so one program covers three price points.
Colorways, seasonal editions, and numbered drops pulled from one tool to keep tooling cost down.
Approval-heavy IP work with prototype photography and written sign-off at every gate.
Reference art, target quantity, in-hand date. Email quack@nashducks.com and we will tell you honestly whether the shape works and what it costs.
