One program, run all the way through: a hand-sculpted clay original, a dedicated set of electroformed brass molds, a PVC pre-production sample you sign off on, and a rotocast production run in mini, regular, or jumbo. 2,000 pieces per shape, 90 days start to finish.
What you get
A duck that has never existed before
Every Nash Ducks project starts at zero, in clay. You bring a character, a mascot, an artist, a product, or a sketch on a napkin; we sculpt it, tool it, paint it, and produce it. The result is a physical object your competitors literally cannot buy, because the mold is yours.
- Hand-sculpted clay original with shape revisions included before tooling starts
- Electroformed brass molds grown from a wax master in an electrolytic tank and held for your reorders
- Rotocast in soft vinyl, then multi-pass spray paint and hand-painted detail at the bench
- Colored mock-up and PVC pre-production sample in your hands before production starts
- Safe materials — lead-free, phthalate-free vinyl, non-toxic paint, tested to US standards
- Case-packed and counted with piece counts confirmed before the truck leaves
