About us
We make one thing, and we make it completely.
Nash Ducks exists because the custom duck market is split badly. Catalog distributors will print a logo on a duck that ten thousand other companies already own. Going straight to a mold shop yourself gets you a dream price and then six weeks of silence. Nobody in the middle wanted to own the complicated jobs end to end. We took the complicated jobs.
What we actually do
We sculpt, tool, paint, and produce fully custom molded ducks and duck-shaped collectible figures for wholesale buyers. Every piece starts as a hand-sculpted clay original and ends as a rotocast production run off brass molds that exist for one client. Mini, regular, and jumbo, in essentially any shape that can be pulled from a mold.
Because that is the only thing we sell, we can hold a real 2,000-piece minimum, quote an honest 90 days calendar, and answer a tooling question without putting you on hold or forwarding you to a factory.
Our operating rules
- Custom or nothing. No stock bodies, no imprinted logos, no stamped catalog ducks, no duck races.
- Quote the real date. A new mold takes 90 days. We will not shave the calendar to win a PO.
- Prototype before production. You hold the piece and approve it in writing before we run 2,000 of them.
- Wholesale only. We sell to businesses and organizations. There is no consumer storefront.
- Straight about where it is made. Designed in Nashville, produced in China. We art-direct the sculpt here and run the program end to end, so you never chase a factory.
- Safe materials, always. Lead-free, phthalate-free vinyl and non-toxic paint on every run.
- Have fun with it. Nobody commissions a custom duck because they are having a serious day.
The Nashville part
Music City runs on characters: artists, mascots, brands, venues, and attractions that all need a physical object people actually want to keep. That is a lot of shapes waiting to be sculpted, and we would rather build them here than order them from a catalog.
Complex work welcome
Multi-part silhouettes, six-plus color paint, and likeness sculpts are the reason to call us, not a reason to hesitate.
